Together, let's amplify voices, foster resilience, and prioritize self-care.
National Black Girl Mental Health Week (NBGMHW) is a transformative initiative dedicated to addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by Black women and girls. Led by Black Girls On The Go® (BGOTG) /Black Girl Travel Movement™ (BGTM), NBGMHW aims to raise awareness, dismantle stigma, and foster a supportive community for mental well-being. Through a series of events, resources, and advocacy efforts, NBGMHW empowers Black women and girls to prioritize their mental health, challenge societal norms, and access the support they deserve.
Join the movement and sign the petition for NBGMHW! Our petition calls for official proclamations recognizing the importance of NBGMHW from local, regional, and national authorities. By signing, you're advocating for mental health equity and empowerment for Black women and girls. Help us raise awareness, challenge stigma, and create a future where every Black woman and girl has the support they need to thrive mentally and emotionally. Take action now and be a part of the change!
